Welcome to our project aimed at enriching the lives of individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia, their families, and caregivers. Our focus is on enhancing community services and support systems to empower those with dementia to live fulfilling lives. Central to our mission is the cultivation of intergenerational connections, acknowledging the immense value these relationships bring to creating inclusive environments.

Exchange Visits

We have conducted three successful exchange visits in Italy, Greece, and Spain, receiving positive feedback from participants.
